Hear from our boarders
I have boarded horses at Diamond Pines Ranch for about 3 years. It is a well-maintained facility. Each horse has a large, private paddock with a shelter and water with pasture turn-out. There is an indoor & outdoor arena both of which are regularly worked. The owners feed excellent hay grown on the ranch. I am confident my horse receives excellent care, is checked on several times a day and my vet would be called should the need arise. Personal attention to each horse is the top priority here at the ranch. Opportunities to learn/perfect riding skills are available at various times as guest trainers come in to do clinics and/or lessons at the ranch.
What I like best about Diamond Pines is the close proximity to and easy access to Rustlers Gulch - right out the back gate. Rustlers Gulch has hours and hours of exploring to challenge you and your horse as well as providing views of nature at its finest. The ranch is also close to Pend Oreille County Park, Missile Site and a short haul to Mt Spokane and Antoine Peak.
I have always had to board, and I’ve had some pretty bad experiences, so when I say good things about Diamond Pine, I mean it! De was prompt at answering her phone and very flexible with meeting to tour the facility. Her flexibility and promptness with communication has remained constant, and she is so easy to work with. She cares tremendously about horses and encourages growth for both rider and horse. The facilities are always clean and well kept. She is straightforward with her expectations but also is welcome to suggestions. I feel so at home when I am there, and boarder’s wants and needs are absolutely considered when planning events. I could go on really, but to summarize, this is the best boarding facility you will find for a price that is extremely fair!
